Impact Program Scholarship
NIGP is providing scholarships for members to participate in the Impact Program at Leadership Summit, February 18–20, 2027, in Orlando, Florida. Impact is NIGP's leadership development program designed for mid- to senior-level procurement professionals seeking to strengthen their leadership skills and expand their impact within their organizations.
These scholarships are intended for individuals who would otherwise be unable to attend due to limited professional development funding. Recipients will receive a scholarship that covers the full Impact Program registration fee of $949 and three nights of lodging during Leadership Summit in Orlando, Florida.
Please note: This scholarship covers lodging only for Leadership Summit in Orlando, Florida (February 18–20, 2026). All other travel and expenses are the responsibility of the participant or their organization.
We are grateful to our government partner, Sourcewell, for funding this scholarship and supporting NIGP's mission to develop, support, and promote excellence in public procurement.
Individuals are eligible to apply for this NIGP scholarship if they meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Maintain current NIGP membership in good standing (Agency or Individual Member)
- Have not previously received any of the following NIGP scholarships:
- 2026 Leadership Summit Impact Scholarship
- 2025-2026 Professional Development Scholarship
- 2026 Forum Scholarship (In-Person or Virtual)
- Be able to attend the 2027 Leadership Summit in person.
- Be able to participate in all required pre- and post-program webinars.
- Complete a brief post-program survey describing the program’s impact and how the learning will be applied to achieve personal and organizational goals.
- Currently serve in a mid- to senior-level role and possess the foundational leadership skills necessary to actively participate in program discussions.
